A highly decorated veteran with two Bronze Star Medals, he has successfully translated his commitment to duty into community leadership as the President and Secretary of the Cambria County Fair. Phil’s proven track record of service, both on the battlefield and here at home, makes him a trusted leader ready to fight for the future of our district.
